The Bilbao City Council calls for tenders for renovation Works of the BETA 1 building in Zorrotzaurre

The Official Bizkaia Gazette today publishes the Bilbao City Council call for tenders for the interior and exterior renovation works on the BETA 1 building at 2, Ribera de Zorrotzaurre.

The initial (VAT excluded) offer price is 2,773,104.73 euros.

The tender documentation is available in the Contract/Contractors Profile section of the web www.bilbao.eus.

Tenders may be presented until 13.00 on May 15th 2017.

The BETA 1 building is one of 19 industrial buildings to be maintained under the Zorrotzaurre renewal project. Originally built in 1951, it was designed by the civil engineer Juan José Abrisqueta.
